I have a contribution page used for membership which uses the on Behalf of Organization profile.  When entering information on the test contribution page using "Enter a new organization" under Organization Details, instead of creating a new organization, the first one that was created under this user is updated.

For instance, if User A creates a membership for "Business One", then tries to create a membership for "Business Two", instead of a new organization Business Two being created, the phone, email, etc for Business One is changed to the information just entered for Business Two.

Is there some change I need to make for this to work?

PS: I tried to recreate this contrib page on the demo site, but got an error when I hit the Continue button on the titles and settings page:

pls confirm which version you are on - a colleague hit a similar problem which i think they identified as being on 3.4.5 or 3.4.6 - so if you aren't on latest, i would suggest you upgrade.

Demo was fixed so may be worth trying to replicate on there if you can.

Can you throw me a bone here?  Where might I look to fix this?  What part of the code or my setup?

I see that the organization_name is assigned to individuals in the civicrm_contact table.  Could that be a factor?

Can anybody suggest any reason that instead of creating a new organization, the previous one under the same user is being updated?

If I find and fix this bug, I would be happy to share it, but I can't do it in a reasonable time period without your help.
