One Participant Too Many
January 24, 2012, 05:14:35 pm
I have an event I am currently running.  Everywhere I can see attendees listed, the number of attendees is one more than I actually have.  For example, income report will say I have 80 participants but a search will return 79 records.  I am not sure where the extra participant is coming from, but I would really like to get it fixed so I have accurate reports.  I have one extra attendee, none of the other event roles are showing a similar problem.  I removed all test registrations just to make sure that was not the problem.

Any ideas as to what I can try?

Hmmm could it be that there is a contact that has been deleted (but not permanently deleted) that is counted?
