Use CiviCRM on a Real Estate Website
February 11, 2008, 01:33:11 pm
I'm using Drupal 5.7 and CiviCRM 1.9, I would like for certain anonymous users to fill out registration forms (there will also be other forms for different types of users) on the website with information about their properties and for those properties to be displayed in CiviCRM to the agents and administrator while the user receives a confirmation email about joining the website.

Afterwards the agents can view a general list of all properties sent to the website and each agent can then take a property to handle, after the property has been taken it doesn't appear in the general list anymore so every agent sees only the general/public list and the properties that they took to handle but the administrator can see all the properties.

The agent can then update the status of the property, post notes/activities to it, and update it's status.

How can this be done?

Thanks in advance...
