How do I create this, for instalation of CIVICRM?

Go to your drupal root directory and then to sites/all and create modules folder if it does not exist. Please check http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC41/Installation+and+Upgrades for detailed installation instructions.
