allow members to view own current membership profile and status

How do I allow a current member to be able to view thier own membership status and edit any info on the profile that was  linked to the contribution page for they used to sign up

Hi Can you clarify what the fields were 'used for' when you set them up - were they for contacts, individuals, memberships or what?

I have several fields from contacts, individuals, as well as some custom fields

Are the Custom Fields for Contacts or Memberships - I am asking as it probably affects the solution you are looking for.
