Having several 'group leaders' for one event

Hi,
I have an event where we want people to register their youth groups so I have set it up so that people can register multiple participants and have the information we want from the adult youth leader as the profiles for the first participant and then the information we want from the youth as the profiles for the additional participants.

The problem is that some (probably most) groups will want to register more than one leader and so I would like to be able to have the adult profile information about them but I can't work out how as they will be an additional participant so will get the youth profile to fill in.
We need the group to be registered as one group and pay as one

Anyone any bright ideas?

Hi dowd

This isn't do-able out of the box with one registration, as far as I'm aware. In terms of getting  result for your situation without custom development, I can only suggest that you either have a uniform profile for all participants and thereby avoid the issue, or present very clear guidance so that each adult participant must register themselves, with one of them registering all the kids.

Otherwise I guess you'll need to do some fairly significant custom coding to provide the flexibility you need. Others on this forum may be able to advise on hoe to approach that.

I had pretty much come to that conclusion, as I want it to be live by the end of the week I think I will go with the uniform profile option for all additional participants.
