Author Topic: Search for zip code proximity AND users NOT in a specific group? (Read 702 times)

I have found the zip code proximity or range under Advanced Search, and I have found something in the Search Builder that looks like it would work for finding users NOT in a group, but I can't seem to find a way to join the two.

We're using Joomla 1.7.3 and CiviCRM 4.0.8. Anyone have any ideas?

This will need to be a two step process:

1. Use the custom search to find all contacts NOT in a group and save that a group (could be a smart group)

2. Use the advanced search to find all contacts in zip code proximity AND in the above group

Yep, that did the trick.

If we wanted this to be a 1 step process, could someone build a custom search that did both in one action?
