PDF Adding Footer Text

Hello There,

I tried to add the footer text in the pdf dynamicllay. That is choosing footer text from Mailings Footer and I managed to print in the PDF successfully.
It prints the plain text perfectly but it prints the html text with the html tags.
It seems the footer text in the dompdf does not support html text.

Any suggestions.
