Automatic Email Errors?

Is there anyway to have a system admin emailed when users run across errors?  I don't want to have to check the error log all the time.  I would love to know if there is consistent errors happening so I can attend to them quickly.

you can implement the code there as a joomla plugin and add it to your joomla install. u'll need coding experience to do so
