Hi - just wondering if anyone has a recommended approach.
Client 'manager' wants to
  • add Notes about a client
  • set those Notes only for 'manager' to see
  • add date of the occasion of the Note

So out of the box
Notes does 1 and 2 but not 3
A new Activity could do 1 and 3 but not 2
Custom 'multiple record' fields can do 1 and 3 but not 2

Anyone been down a similar path and got any strong preferences
