Relationship type selector missing on membership create screen

Hi all,

I am currently testing the combination of Joomla 2.5 and CiviCRM 4.1 in preparation for a site upgrade when Civi 4.1 becomes stable.  While creating my membership types, I noticed that I couldn't set a relationship type for the membership to inherit.  A quick check in another browser confirmed that it was not my browser causing the issue.

My live site is currently running J2.5 and Civi 4.0.8 and does not exhibit this issue.  Has anyone else come across this?  Is anyone able to give me a place to begin troubleshooting?
