Tabular reporting for Civimail
February 12, 2012, 02:02:02 am
One of our users has requested a "raw dump" of the data used to create the Civimail reports on mailings destined for certain groups. This would best be done in the form of a csv file, I think and it would be a representation of a normal Civimail report but in tabular format. Maybe it wouldn't need to be as detailed as the online report but could link back to that if more detail is needed, such as URLs for click-throughs.

Anyone have any ideas on where I could start with such a thing?

There is new code in "trunk" (which will be 4.2 release) which adds a Mailing Detail Report, linked from the completed mailing listings. This report supports CSV export of selected display columns. You could potentially backport.
