Advanced Search missing sections Membership

As I understand it, there should be a section titled "Membership" on the advanced search page. I don't see anything but "Basic, Address, Activities, Relationships, and Events"
What gives? I get no errors.

CiviCRM 4.1.beta2.

Have you enabled CiviMember component?

You can enable it here: http://sandbox.drupal.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/component?reset=1

Membership tab is correctly shown on sandbox check: http://sandbox.drupal.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/search/advanced?reset=1

Can you check for errors in javascript console? Also check if it works fine with garland theme ?

I get the exact same with the Garland theme. I see no javascript errors, but many css warnings such as:
Warning: Unknown property 'box-sizing'.  Declaration dropped.

Looks like some issue with your installation. Did you try clearing files/civicrm/templates_c ?

Yes, this is definitely an issue with my installation of civicrm 4.1 beta2
I removed all files in templates_c, I cleaned up caches and rebuilt menus.
Same problem still persists.
Can you ask someone familiar with that advanced search code to please comment on this problem?

Since it is working on our demo's and also on my local install it is bit difficult to track down this issue. If possible try upgrading to latest stable 4.1.0 and check if that helps.

you turn those panes on and off with checkboxes on the Administer - Site Preferences
(see attached)
