layout/wording when configuring event online registration

When configuring online registration for an event, there are now many options in area for profiles.

The choices are:
   edit profile
   remove profile
   add profile
   Click here for new profile

The choice of wording is confusing for an end-user, also the format of it makes it easy to miss completely. Perhaps these could be rectangular buttons?

My suggestions for changes to labels are:
 edit profit  --> Modify the Selected Profile
 remove profile --> Remove the selected profile from this event
 add profile --> Add an additional Profile to this event
 Click here for new profile -->Create a new profile
