Bounce message "not connected"
February 14, 2012, 04:21:09 am
On two mailings last month, 20 Jan and 26 Jan we had high bounce rates of around 85% to 90%, bounce message "not connected".  Other mailings, before and since, have been 98% successful.  There is no problem with access to port 20095 on the server, at least not now.  There does not appear to be anything unusual about those two mailings.  Wondering if you have any thoughts on how to debug that.  Were there any civismtp hiccoughs on those dates?

we did not have any downtime on or around those days. This sounds like a network connection issue where your server could not contact our server.

Please send me your username and date/time/timezone of mailings to civismtp at uas dot coop so i can double check the logs.

Thanks,

-Leyla
