I'm about 99% sure I know the answer here is going to be "no", but...

Is there anyways to include a tab (relationships in our example) inline in the default New Individual create screen?

I'd thought of building a profile, but relationship fields aren't available there either.

Not without writing some PHP code using CiviCRM hooks to extend the form and the processing logic.

Note that the Current Employer fields does create an Employee of relationship automagically, and the Share Address with also creates a Household Member relationship if you share with a household contact record.
