Email scheduling not working for individual contact.

Is there any possibility to schedule mail for individual contact? because civimail.cronjob.php sending scheduled mail to  group contact only.

No.

In general, if you take some time and effort to post with more details and a use case of your problem people are more inclined to read and respond. Posting one line questions without context as you have done in the past is not great, IMO
