CiviCRM floss manual in ebook stores?

Has anyone considered pushing the CiviCRM floss manual into the various ebook stores (I was thinking of Amazon in particular)? While there is an ebook available, and it converts to kindle format quite nicely, if it was actually in the Amazon kindle store it would allow for place synchronization between devices, as well as annotation sharing.

can u do some research and figure out what we need to do to get it in kindle / other ebook formats? yeah, would be good to have the floss manuals in those stores :)

I just went through the process of what it would take to put this on the Kindle store (haven't investigated the others yet). Because of the size in the Kindle store Amazon requires that the minimum pricing is $2.99 to cover delivery charges (which means it can't be made free there). Whoever posts it will end up with the royalty payments from Amazon (35%).

Perhaps someone from the Documentation Team should post it for something nominal, like $4.99, and make all the proceeds available back to the project.
