contribution page errors

I have created two contribution pages for memberships.  The pages are enabled and links are on the main menu in joomla.  When I try to access the pages I get a civicrm 101 error. 
I have done everything I can think of on this one.  I have changed all the user permissions for public to allow except for joomla acl which is set at denied.
I have changed the permissions on the civicontribute php files to 755.
I disabled and then re-enabled the pages.
I have enabled debugging and display traceback.  Nothing showed there.
I checked the error logs.  Nothing there either.
I do get an error when I try to delete the pages.  The error is attached.

Does anyone have an ideas where I could go next with this.  I really need to get this working and am at a loss.

No it is joomla 2.5.1.  I don't know why it is showing as 1.7 in the sidebar.

To adjust your profile, click on your name to the left, then Modify Profile -- Forum Profile.

What is your CiviCRM version? And what is upgraded from a previous version?

I would then suggest you first upgrade to version 4.1 stable and see if that fixes this.

Upgraded successfully, but error persists.

Was this install upgraded previously from older versions? If so, what were they?

No, the 4.1 beta3 was the first install and then I did the 4.1 stable upgrade.

I faced this problem before when I upgrade to version 4.1

The field in "contribution_pcp.contribution_page_id" has been changed to "contribution_pcp.page_id"
