Using mail template
February 16, 2012, 10:06:30 am
I use a html editor (Dreamweaver) to create a template and saving it in CiviMail. When I use the template in a new mail, at first it appear in the CiviMail editor, but when I save it, the text from the template disappear.
I use CiviCRM 3.22 at Joomla 1.5.25

Can anyone tell me why?
Regards

Rudy Madsen

Same issue here (running 3.4 in Drupal 6). Each time I paste my HTML code into the source of the email template and press save the data simply vanishes. All that's left is the email name / subject.

Anyone else had this issue?
