Bulk Mail does not work

I have set up to use an SMTP mail service and the test email was successful. I can send an email sucesfully to a single contact, but when I try to do a bulk mailing I get this error.

Failed to set sender: b.18.16.7104dfa4ec2acc47@lifeight.org [SMTP: Invalid response code received from SMTP server while sending email. This is often caused by a misconfiguration in Outbound Email settings. Please verify the settings at Administer CiviCRM >> Global Settings >> Outbound Email (SMTP). (code: 500, response: 5.0.0 Envelope From Address of is not authorised - go to: http://control.authsmtp.com)]

I have verified with my SMTP service that the from address is valid. In the from address global settings I have office@lifelight.org, but it looks like Civi is sending a totally different address. I just upgraded to 4.1 is this a bug? Need help!!

CiviMail uses VERP to send email and track bounces / replies. You will need to get your hosting provider to allow such emails to go thru.

Seems to me the error is:

referring to b.18.16.7104dfa4ec2acc47@lifeight.org This would be the Reply-To address CiviMail is using and such addresses should always be random, so I think you need to configure your SMTP provider to allow such. Perhaps *@lifeight.org would be a way to configure that.

It was in my mail account settings the email was spelled wrong for the bulk settings account:( I changed that and now it works:)
