Thie link just stays on the same page. http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC41/Drupal+Installation+Guide+for+CiviCRM+4.1+-+Drupal+7#. Are there any specific instructions for upgrading from 4.1 beta to 4.1.0?

I just replaced the directory with the beta with the files from the stable release module. I was just wondering if there was anything that had to be done with the database.

After this you will have to run db upgrade. Go to <site url>/civicrm/upgrade?reset=1
