I am failing to get al records back on 4.1 Stable J1.7 when conducting an Advanced Search with custom fields.

Data is:
Type; Org
-subtype-school

Custom field for subtypes: Select Boroughs

I know there are 2 records that should be returned.
If select their organisation sub type and look for a specific borough i get a zero return.

If i choose just 'Organisation' and specific borough the know orgs for that borough appear.

Hello alanski,

It sounds to me like your Custom Field is not set as searchable. Go to Administer-->Customize data and screens-->Custom Fields. Find your custom field and select more, then settings. Scroll down to Is this field Searchable, and make sure it is ticked, then select save.
