Webforms for Civi 4.1.x
February 20, 2012, 05:27:31 pm
If you've just upgraded your site to 4.1, you'll need to upgrade webform_civicrm as well. Only version 2.4 is compatible with 4.1.x (and 2.4 is not backwards compatible with 4.0.x and below).
2.4 is not released yet, but I've got a solid working -dev, and would appreciate testing. If we can get a few pairs of eyes on it, I can push it out this week :)

Anything to do for the upgrade (beside the code obviously)?

Speaking of which, this release does have a few new features:
  • Supports contact image and language pref fields
  • More options for matching/updating existing activities
  • Contact sub-type is now multivalued
  • Improved group and tag fields
  • Can include the entire webform submission in the activity details
  • Can generate a contact checksum for use in webform-generated emails
  • Supports cid1=0 in URL, so the "not you" link no longer logs you out
  • Support custom data for cases
Enjoy!

You know that someone should write a blog post about this, it's newsworthy ;)

Hello

I´m quite new to Civicrm and would like to know if this webform is able to add the ORGANISATION Field to the Indivdual ?

If so how?

Hi. I don't understand what you are asking exactly, but I would recommend you start a new thread and ask your question, in more detail, there.
