Action Menu User Record Link missing for administrators

My CiviCRM administrator cannot see the "User Record" under the Action menu of a contact that has a Drupal user record. I can see it (I am Drupal user #1), but they cannot.  They all permissions in both Drupal and CiviCRM (nothing unchecked in Drupal Permissions), but they still cannot see this link.  Thoughts?  Anyone?

Using Drupal 7 and CiviCRM 4.3.

is one of you accessing via www.mysite and the other via mysite or some such difference?

I replicate this on my local 4.1 Drupal 7 install and filed a bug report here: http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-9715

Site.org redirects to www . site . org  Worked right up until I upgraded to 4.1.  We have a few installs of CiviCRM and only the 4.1 version is doing this.

Thanks Dave.  I didn't want to do that unless I was absolutely certain I wasn't missing something.
