Search profile when entering a new contact

When I enter in a new contact and it brings up a list of possible matches, can I add a field to that list like street name? Sometimes when I get a bunch of the same name it is hard to tell which one is which.

Also when I type in a first and last name it only does a match search on the last name. Can I change this so it searches on both first and last name so the list is shorting to filter through?
