Hi, I am new to civicrm and just started with an installation.
Everything went well (after using the correct tutorial ;-) and I have now a running system.

Now there is one thing I can't find: how to reply on an inbound email?
I set up civicrm-scripts to fetch all mails from a mailbox. The mails are visible in the activity list of the corresponding contact.
Now I want to be able to reply on those mails from inside of civicrm.
Does this makes sense? Is there a way? Or how do you handle the ongoing communication with your contacts? With an external mail client?

You can use the "normal" send an email action, but you are right, there aren't any "out of the box" function that allows to reply.

Would be nice to add and shouldn't be too complicated but you'd need to code it internally (or hire someone)
