  • CiviCRM version: 3.3.3
  • CMS version: Joomla 1.5.22
I couldn't access the Outbound Email Setting on Civicrm 4.1.

I have been ungraded to civicrm 4.1 and i try to work flow my emails to our growing constituents and have problem accessing  the outbound email setting page.
Server Error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://unikids.org/administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/smtp&reset=1. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrect.
Is any solutions.
