Joomla Access Control defaults

Whenever I upgrade to CIVICRM 4.1, all of the public "Joomla Access Control" settings are set to "Not Allowed".

Can someone tell me what the default values should be?

I'd recommend checking the backend of the Joomla Demo (http://demo.joomla.org/) and seeing how they're config'd there first.
