This info is only for CiviSMTP clients using CCRM 4.1.0

CiviCRM 4.1.0 has a known issue with processing of unsubscribes, bounces, replies and etc through SOAP which is used for CiviSMTP:

A fix is included in CCRM 4.1.1. We recommend upgrading to resolve this issue.

The complete file with the fix already applied is attached to this post.

Rename the file to SoapServer.php and replace your file at <path_to_your_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/SoapServer.php>
