adding historical event causes non recoverable error
February 29, 2012, 12:48:00 am
I have a fairly new system set up and have recently configured CiviEvents.

I have some historical events I want to create (May 2011) so I can then import activity records for each contact who attended.

I have been able to create the  event (info and location details) but when I return to view the event in Manage Tasks it displays crossed out in red and if I select the event i get the following message:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
The page you requested is currently unavailable.
Return to home page.

I repeated entering the event and got the same reponse

Any suggestions on what may be happening or how to debug this (I turned degugging on but it didn't display anything when I selected the event and got the error)

thanks
