We finally have the cronjob for emailprocessor.php running correctly and it's emptying the catchall email account set up for bounce processing. However, the bouncing email addresses are not being marked as such in CiviCRM. I'm at a loss on where to turn to next - we have to get this working properly, as this client serves a large, transient community whose email addresses are often disabled and replaced. The bouncing messages were clogging up the server mail queue.

Can you update your forum profile so we know what CMS and what version of CiviCRM you have?
