Fearful in NY! Permissions issue
February 29, 2012, 12:13:09 pm
Hi,

I am getting a permissions issue - "You are not authorized to access this page." when I try to access my CiviCRM Global settings > Payment Processer > [processor] > edit.

Now, I am using an older install of CiviCRM version 2.2.7 (I only use the Contribute module for donations on Drupal 6 website - has worked flawlessly for sometime. Unfortunately, I can't find my original notes on how I set up Civi and the payment processor. Getting the payment processor info again from my client would be a mahor drag but doable.

I only use the Drupal Admin login, all permissions for Civi within Drupal are enabled and I seem to be to access other parts with Civi...  Is there another place I should look for permissions within Civi or is there a need to refresh some syncronization between Drupal and Civi somehow?

I know this is an old version of Civi, any help with this will be most appreciated!

Thx.

Check that the URL isn't adding or dropping the www in front when you go to the permission denied page.
