Smart Group for Contributions in the Last Year (Not just since a certain date)

I'm trying to make a smart group for individuals who have contributed anything in the past year. While I can always do a search such as Individuals who have contributed since 03/03/2011 (for example), this has to be continually updated. Is there a way to create a smart group that just searched for individuals with contributions in the last year  - a relative data instead of an absolute date?
