May I strongly suggest that the marker shown on Event location maps be made the Google default marker?

Current behaviour: Events are marked using the CiviCRM Organization .gif

The problem: The organization .gif is only recognised by CiviCRM insiders. Users of my website have no way of knowing what that .gif means.

The proposed change: use the standard Google marker (red, inverted teardrop, with a dot). People will recognise "that's the location".

The attached patch changes this behaviour for 4.1.1.
