Upgrade from 3.2.3 to 4.1 problem

Am using CiviCRM 3.2.3 with Drupal 6.12 and i tried to upgrade to Civicrm4.1 but  all the Civicrm modules incompatible  with Drupal 6.12.
can anyone tell me which Drupal version should i have to upgrade to Civicrm4.1?

Note that there are two v4.1 downloads, one is for Drupal 6 (civicrm-4.1.1-drupal6.tar.gz) - be sure you're using that version.

Wow, I completely missed that too.  I updated the upgrade instructions to make this more obvious.
