Administrator Console Links incorrect after Update

Hi.

Just had a nightmare updating to 4.1.1 from 4.0.8 (lost all my contribution pages, but reconstructing them tonight).

The problem I can't fix is that when I go to the Admin console all the links are missing the '/administrator/' part so the links just error. The weird thing is that all the links in the drop-down admin menu are perfectly correct.

I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing, plus checked the to settings files.

Any ideas where else I can look?

can u elaborate a bit more on the nightmare update and what happened? How did u lose all your contribution pages?

Would help if u let us know ALL the things u did either directly or via the upgrade/install so we can fix things as needed

Hi!

Before I updated CiviCRM I took a backup. Then I uploaded the v4.1.1 package to my 'tmp' folder, extracted it and then installed it over the existing 4.0.8 installation.

That was fine, then I ran the database upgrade script which also ran smoothly.

Then launched the component as usual and it opened without error, but when I went to check the contribution pages I had set up only 2 of them (oldest ones) were left.

Subsequently discovered the admin console links were missing the '/administrator' part of the address.

Rebuilt the contribution pages now (fortunately they were relatively new and had only been active for a few weeks so I haven't lost any submissions) just don't know how to diagnose the links further than that.
