Event w/Multiple Registration Failing

Hi all,

Have a client who has created an event and enabled multiple registration. Whether in test or live mode, you fill out for the first person and click Continue, Civi returns:

"Register Participant 2 of 2

Registration information for participant 1 has been saved."

...but there are no fields to fill in or continue button -- the page is basically blank -- and the first person's registration has not been recorded.

I created a test event mirroring the original and played around with different profiles and no max participant (i.e., things that I thought might effect it), and it is doing the same thing. All's well if Multiple Registration is turned off. Turn it on and the second participant screen is blank.

I set an event up on the CiviCRM demo site and of course it's working, so I'm not sure what's up.

Any thoughts?

Can you check your apache logs for errors.

Hi  Kurund,

Thanks for pointing us in that direction. turns out that for some reason our templates are getting saved with the wrong permissions. We'll work on that one, but for now, the issue is resolved.
