Groups element not showing in profile

So....
Joomla 2.5.1/Civi 4.1.1

Created profile added mailing groups to profile, no groups show.

Where to start?

Seems to be working fine on demo: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/create?gid=1&reset=1 ( should be same for joomla also )
