A hook for registration agreement to attend the event

Hello friends, I'm new in using civicrm.
My platform is using civicrm 3.4.8 on joomla 1.5.25.
I wonder there is a hook to create a terms and agreement for public registration to join an event.
It placed after somebody click the registration button, and after the user agree to the circumstances then the page goes to the registration form.

I would be much appreciate for the helps. Thanks b 4.
