Drupal 6.2, Civicrm 3.3 to Drupal 7 + CiviCRM 4.1
March 13, 2012, 07:36:53 am
I upgraded a site running Drupal 6.22, Civicrm 3.3.3 to Drupal 7.12 + CiviCRM 4.1

On completing the upgrades, when I access the CiviCRM administation console this message appears:

Your database is marked with an unexpected version number: 4.1.1. The v4.1.0 codebase may not be compatible with your database state. You will need to determine the correct version corresponding to your current database state. You may want to revert to the codebase you were using until you resolve this problem.
OR if this is an svn install, you might want to fix version.txt file.

This is the method I used to upgrade

Upgraded Drupal 6.22 to 6.25
Upgraded CiviCRM from 3.3.3 to 4.1  (i.e. civicrm 4 for Drupal 6)
Took a deep breath then
Upgraded Drupal 6.25 to 7.12
Upgraded CiviCRM 4.1 for Drupal 6 to CiviCRM 4.1 for Drupal 7
I couldn't see instructions for this last step, so I simply unpacked the civicrm tar file into  sites/all/modules/ after moving the old one away.
cd sites/all/modules/
mv civicrm /tmp/oldcivicrm
tar -xzf civicrm-4.1.0-drupal.tar.gz

Finally updated the civicrm.settings.php file to remove the Drupal 6 value.

I don't know how to resolve the warning.

Replace your CiviCRM code with CiviCRM 4.1.1. You have 4.1.0.
