Personal Campaign Pages Redirect upon Login

Hi,

I am using Civicrm 3.48 and Joomla 1.5.23. Anyone have an idea about how i can redirect a user to their personal campaign page upon login? I could also just add a hook to their profile that linked to their personal campaign page. Any ideas or support would be greatly appreciated.
