change Individual Form to display Phone & Fax & Mobile as standard

Hello,

I hope I´m posting in the right section.

I would like to know what I have to change in  the individual form so that entering data gets a bit faster.

I would like to have not only the standard Phone field that is displaying but also to show as standard  FAX & Mobile immediatly  when creating a new individual.
