Activity type not present in the database

When I make a new Case I found this error
"Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
Activity type Nuovo_contatto, found in case configuration file, is not present in the database" but I've done the correct configuration of civiCase and seems that the civicrm_option_value table has the correct values.
Can you help me please?

Check in the DB. If you are using the 'name' field, please try the label field and vice versa

I've deleted the "Open case" activity type, now works.
