I'm busting my head on this.  Found another thread with the same problem... but it did not resolve my issue.  I cannot get my custom profile added to my contribution page.  It does not show up on the pulldown.

Specifically, I created one called "Organization Info" that contains 2 fields (Organization Name and Website URL).  Here are all of the profiles I have on the profile page:

user defined:
Attendees ParticipantRole::Attendee 11 Standalone Form or Directory, CiviEvent
Contact Information Individual, Contact           10 Standalone Form or Directory, CiviEvent
Name and Address Individual, Contact          1 User Registration, User Account, Standalone Form or Directory, CiviContribute
Organization Info Organization, Contact 14 Standalone Form or Directory, Search Results
Supporter Profile Individual, Contact           2 Standalone Form or Directory

Reserved Profiles:
New Household Household, Contact 6 Standalone Form or Directory
New Individual Individual, Contact           4 Standalone Form or Directory
New Organization Organization, Contact 5 Standalone Form or Directory
On Behalf Of Org.. Organization, Contact 9 Standalone Form or Directory
Participant Status Participant         3
Shared Address Contact           8 Standalone Form or Directory
Summary Overlay Contact                   7 Standalone Form or Directory

Here are the profiles I have available on the pulldown:
Contact Information Individual, Contact 10 Standalone Form or Directory, CiviEvent
Name and Address Individual, Contact 1 User Registration, User Account, Standalone Form or Directory, CiviContribute
New Individual Individual, Contact 4 Standalone Form or Directory
Shared Address Contact 8 Standalone Form or Directory
Summary Overlay Contact 7 Standalone Form or Directory
Supporter Profile Individual, Contact 2 Standalone Form or Directory

The previous post mentioned that Profile type should be of type Individual or Contact or Contribution.  You can clearly see that Organization Info has type contact.

What am I missing here?
