Live Payments Not Processing

Our live contributions using IATS stopped working a few days ago.

When I save a live payment (from contact -> contrubutions -> submit credit card contribution) the form returns to the same page without a success or error message, and the form values are empty as though it was a new contribution.

There appears to be limited validation as well, I am able to enter "1234" as the cc number without an error but leaving it blank returns the normal validation error.

Has anyone seen this before?
