500.shtml error when using pay by check option during processing
March 27, 2012, 10:57:21 am
I have been trying to get our conference registration up and running.  If someone chooses the pay by check option they are being redirected during the processing to oursite.org/500.shtml. The registration is recorded by civicrm though.  I did some trouble shooting and discovered if I deleted the custom data fields from the profile then it worked..  I then could add new custom data fields to the profile, this time marking the visibility to public pages and it would work.  Even if I change the visibility on other custom data fields or remove them and try to reinstall them, I still get the 500.shtml error.  I even deleted them and recreated them and still the 500.shtml error.  I even created a test event and got the same results.  I've tried clearing the cache on both CivCRM and Drupal.  Any ideas? Please
Thanks
