Errors after upgrade from 4.1 to 4.1.1

Hi,
I have some errors when i create a pdf from  a report:

The first one for constituent report, the files never comes for downloading:
 
Emplacement   http://"website"/civicrm/report/instance/2
Référent   http://"website"/report/instance/2?reset=1
Message   Notice : Undefined index: type dans CRM_Report_Form->addCustomDataToColumns() (ligne 2453 dans /home/"user"/"website"/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Report/Form.php).

The second one are for activity report & current employer report:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes) in /home/"user"/"website"/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/dompdf/include/style.cls.php on line 610

I don't have test all different report, but all the report entries in drupal are like the first error

Any advice ?

PS: I go to upload all civicrm files one more times..... I have read carrefully the upgrade Howto .....the advice is completely  delete the old files

For the second issue, see here http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=23186.0 Sometimes PDFs use a lot of memory.

Let us know if the first problem still exists after you replace the files.

After the second upgrade i have the same message on the Drupal report

 ???  :-X :-[

I continue to search a solution

after speak with my provider, i have increase the memory limit , and now the report  function work well
