Profile always invokes drupal account

I created a simple profile (no user account) and under Advanced Settings checked the "No account creation option". When I include this profile on the contribution page, it includes the choose username (drupal) text box. Is there a way to disable this? Is it fixed in 4.1?

I included the profile at the bottom of the page. That always invokes the drupal user account creation.

Including the profile at the top of the page instead does not invoke the drupal account creation.

This was a bug and is fixed in 4.1. Sorry dont know the issue number or patch
