bcc receipt email not being sent

I have several contribution types. None of them send the bcc:receipt email. The main receipt is sent (yes there is a from address).

cc Receipt is not being sent either.  I have disabled the "attach pdf copy of receipt" in global settings misc. Still no cc or bcc email receipts.

1. i assume u mean contribution pages

2. i assume u've set cc/bcc fields in the above contrib pages

can you double check and ensure you have them set :) Can you also check your mail logs and see if there are any errors reported

I checked that  either cc or bcc was set for all the contribution pages.
log_civicrm_mailing shows one entry for a test mailing I sent several days ago. No mention of any of the receipt emails that have gone out and no errors reported in any of the log_civicrm_mailing_x tables.

the *civicrm_mailing* tables are only used for civimail mailings

You should check your mail server logs to see if cc/bcc are being sent

I don't have access to the mail server logs,. I'm trying to figure out what happens using the receiving email accounts.

Had to change the webhost mx record to remote. Fixed.
